It is an education to maintain and promote safety and health by establishing standards for industrial safety and health occurring in the workplace and clarifying whereabouts of responsibility to prevent industrial accidents and create a pleasant working environment.
This is a process that has been upgraded to the latest content that reflects the revision (as of 2024.01).
학습대상
Non-utive or office worker at a workplace under Article 31 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act
However, businesses (or workplaces) subject to the Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act [Asterisk 1] are not subject to part of the Act, and businesses (or workplaces) that are not subject to Article 31 do not violate the Act without conducting safety and health education.
